With these drawings I am just ‘taking a line for a walk’ or trying to divide space in an interesting way.  They are light hearted and whimsical. I am letting my imagination run wild. Some look more botanical but are all concocted from my imagination and memory of the natural world.  I just let the shapes and patterns grow over the page, imitating nature’s Horror vacui.
